I really do not know how to ask for help. I sound mean and ungrateful when I do ask, even though I am not. So right to the point My husband and I are about to be on the streets, we are goin gto lose everything even our kids. My husband works hard and I am unable to work. We have fallin behind on everything and are on our way to the streets. Mind you if it was just us and no kids we would not ask for any help. We have gone to all the places that offer assitance and we do not quilify for any. We have asked our familys for help and they told us no also. We do not spend money on things that we dont need. We buy food, pay rent, pay the bills and put gas in the car. We do not buy new clothes, have cable nor do we do drugs/alcohole. Prime example of falling through the cracks. We do need the help to just get on our feet. We would even work for the help. We can do Landscaping and small repairs on cars/trucks. Belive me when I tell you we have tried for all the "help" and have been denided. If we end up in a shelter in this county we will lose our kids. I have seen it done to meny times. The funny thing about the "help" sites is that we do not quilify for them. Section 8 keeps telling me that thay are not accepting applications. (witch is not true)but yet they tell me no. the food stamp workers said no because we make to much money. 12.50@hour @40 hours a week is to much money to quilify for food stamps in lake county ohio. belive me when i tell you i have tried everything here. the only way out of this mess and not lose everything including my kids is a person to person loan. and i do not see that happening.
